Down To Earth Toys is happy to offer a Loyalty Rewards program in appreciation for your repeat business with us. It's easy to use with no obligations.  When you sign up for an account with us, you automatically become a Loyalty Rewards member.

• Receive 1 point for every net dollar (after discounts, promotions, taxes, shipping) you spend. Receive points for reviews, catching our errors and suggesting new toys (see below).
• Redeem 25 points for $1 towards future purchases including gift certificates.
• Redeem points: Once you accumulate 150 points, you will receive an electronic gift certificate that you can redeem at your next purchase.  Gift Certificates are issued 30 days after your initial purchase.
• Equivalent points of returned items will be substracted from account.

• Double, Triple Rewards during promotional periods 
• Submit a Product Review and earn 10 points Write your brief opinion about one of the toys you purchased, and if we use it, we'll add some points to your account.  You must leave your full name with the review and enter the text "points" after your name on the review (we will edit this out so that your full name does not appear on the review-this is the only way we have of tying the review to your account).  Please allow 3 days for us to process your review.
• Report a "bug"and earn 10 points We aren't perfect...Find a typo or any bad link on our website and send us the details.  Fill out our "contact" form: include your name, email address and the URL of the page with the bug and we will credit the points to your account.
• Suggest a new product or company and earn 15 points Stumbled across a really cool toy while surfing the internet, and you think it would fit in wonderfully in our store?  We'd love to hear about it!  Fill out our "contact" form with the details.  If we start carrying it, we'll add points to your account.

Best of all, your rewards are redeemable all year long. They do not expire.

• Log in to your account.
• View reward totals.

Limitations

• Rewards points are non-transferable.
• Rewards points are not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Abuses of the rewards program may result in suspension or termination of membership and/or loss of points.
• You must wait 30 days after initial purchase to redeem points (you will be sent a gift certificate once you reach 150 points).  If you have multiple gift certificates that you have collected, and want to use them all at one time, contact us and we'll re-issue you one larger gift certificate that you can use at checkout.

How do I view my accumulated points?  

To view your current point balance, click on the "Account" link at the top of the screen. Log into your account. You will see your points balance on your account screen.  

Do I have to become a Registered User to take advantage of the Loyalty Rewards Program?  

Yes. We understand that some customers are very private and do not like to share their information.  You can be assured that we will NEVER share any information with a third party.  Our family enjoys it's privacy, and we respect yours also.

 Why wasn't my product review approved?  

We love reading customer reviews and would like to publish all of them on our web site. However, there are a few reasons our editors chose not to publish certain customer reviews. The most common reason is that a review may not have enough details.  We would like you to be as descriptive as possible when you write.  We typically do not publish reviews that are 2 or 3 words long.

If I returned an item. Will points be deducted from my account?  

Yes. The points earned for the purchase of an item are deducted if the product is returned.  

Are Loyalty Reward Points refundable?  

Once used, spent or applied to an order, Loyalty Reward Points will not be credited back to a user's account.

How do I redeem points I've earned?  

After you accumulate 150 points, you will be issued a gift certificate code that you can use at checkout while placing a future order.  You must wait 30 days for the gift certificate to be issued.

 

Can I use my points right away?  

Points earned by registering, writing approved reviews, submitting qualified bug reports and referring friends can be used as soon as they are awarded. Points earned through purchases can be used 30 days after the order has been placed.
