The design of these child-safe teething rattles has been perfected for over twenty years. They are a safe, all-natural alternative to plastic teethers, and a wonderful worry stone or musical instrument for older children. The shape and size of the rattle will fit perfectly in a little one's hands. They will love to rub sore gums on the soft rounded edges. These very unique rattles are handmade from remnant woods of the Pacific Northwest. They are filled with metal pellets, hand-sanded and finished with all-natural bees wax (contains no known allergens). No stains are used and no living trees are ever cut to make them. To care for your rattle, you may gently wash it with warm water and a mild soap. Available in Walnut (main photo) or Maple (shown in lower photo). Comments: Our baby loves this rattle and so do we! It's easy for her small hands to hold and I don't have to worry about her biting on it, since it is made of safe materials. Best of all the sound that it makes is pleasant and not too loud. I take it with us just about anywhere. A must-have for our diaper bag!
