We currently ship to the lower 48 States.
Shipping outside the contiguous 48 United States.
We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses; however, we ask that you pay the actual cost of shipping (no handling charges). You will also be responsible for any customs fees that may be charged.
To receive a shipping quote for an order outside the contiguous 48 United States, please contact us with a list of items you are interested in along with your postal code and country if outside the U.S. We will then provide you with an exact shipping quote.
We are not able to ship large, heavy items like Playstands and Play Kitchens internationally.
Please contact us before you place your order if you are in Canada, Mexico or Puerto Rico. We do not offer discounted shipping options for any area outside of the Continental United States.
Availability of items: We are growing, and so is our inventory. If you see an "Out of Stock" note next to an item that you want to order, please let us know. We put orders in to our suppliers regularly; it may be that the item is on its way. Please contact us if you would like to be notified when we have it back in stock.
If you would like to special order a specific toy from one of our manufacturers that is not in our catalog, please contact us. If possible, we will put an order in for you the next time we place an order with that company. We will require payment up front for this item.
Paying For Your Order: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Cards. At checkout, you will be directed to the Paypal terminal. All of our orders are processed through Paypal.
Having a Paypal account is not required. On the Paypal screen, click on the link that says "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account".
We also accept money orders. Please let us know that is how you are paying in the comments section at checkout.
When will I receive my order?: Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer, and we have tried to outline the expected delivery times within our catalog for these items.
When we send an item via FedEx, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number so that you can follow it's progress.
Returns: We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it. We require that the item be in its original packaging, and you pay the shipping to get it back to us (you may want to have the item insured when shipping). If the item was drop shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, there will be a restocking fee associated with your return. We will, in our communication with you, let you know what the re-stocking fee is for that specific item.
Packaging: We do what we can to help the environment.

We used recycled boxes and packaging materials when we can (we either purchase new boxes made of recycled materials or re-use the ones we get from our manufacturers). What does that mean? The box your order comes to you in may be recycled (it might have what we like to call "character marks").

We re-use packaging materials that we receive (peanuts, bubble wrap etc...), instead of throwing it into the garbage.
